What I love about being on tour is getting a close look at some of the venues around this country. I look for details, little touches added to make the space unique. I look for those little signs of love that were added to let the artists, the crew, and the patrons know that this is a place of joy and beauty even before the curtain rises. A lot of the older theatres capture this spirit.
Outside of the Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas, they have let loose the butterflies.
