Balzer Designs, who is hosting Art Journal Every Day (Sign up! It's fun and inspirational!) tried an awesome little
art journalling experiment for the month of June. She drew a grid of thirty boxes and committed to drawing a face in every box for every day in June. I saw this and I was all "I am so doing that for July!" Her results were just beautiful!
MY TURN! MY TURN!
Instead of my usual Art Journal, I am using my Sketchbook for this project. I use this Sketchbook for face and body studies and experimenting with color.

Perhaps it is the beginning of a theme? We shall see! Happy July!
